What are the benefits of drone videos and photos?    

The benefits of drone videography and photography are unique to each project with some common benefits as well.   Drones offer a safe, efficient, and cost-effective alternative to traditional photography.  Drones capture views or data that otherwise may not be accessible.   A final product delivers enhanced, interesting, and valuable perspectives.

How soon can you fly your drone for my project?  

We will fly as soon as possible after consulting with you and finalizing the service agreement.  Scheduled flights may be affected by weather, pilot availability, site airspace restrictions or other site authorization/availability.  Our goal is to take flight ASAP to meet your timelines.   

Does weather affect project schedules?

The drone can capture your project and produce a quality video if flown when wind speed is less than 20 mph and weather conditions are generally favorable.  Flight schedules/days may be adjusted to accommodate weather conditions.  

Will you fly a drone on short notice?  

In an urgent situation, we would like to help!  Contact us with your request and we will let you know our availability.   

When will I receive my video and/or photos?    

All Drone Service prides itself on fast turnaround time.  Your project will be edited and ready within 48 hours after capturing the video.   

How will I receive my videos and photos?  

All Drone Service will provide you with the edited video, photos, and raw video footage to download online and/or delivered as a hard copy on DVD or thumb drive.  

Does All Drone Service provide drone videos and photos for projects other than the services referenced on the website?  

Yes.  The possibilities for drone videos and photos are limitless.  All Drone Service can work with you to develop a sports portfolio, check crops or cattle, support your advertising campaign and more.  We value your ideas and needs and will consult with you individually to develop your business or personal project.  

What is your service area?  

All Drone Service is centrally located in Omaha Nebraska, serving Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas with flexibility to travel.  Let us know where your project is located.   We would like to work with you to develop your Custom Drone Package.

Do you provide discounts for ongoing or recurring projects.  

We will customize your Drone Package to meet your needs with affordable service when you have a recurring or ongoing project.   

Who owns the video and photos from my project?  

The customer owns the data captured using our drones unless otherwise noted in the service agreement.  

Are All Drone Service pilots certified and insured?  

Yes.  All Drone Service pilots have Commercial Certification by the FAA  and are insured by Skywatch.

What drone equipment is used by All Drone Service?

All Drone Service uses state of the art DJI  drones and 4K cameras to elevate your vision and deliver high quality aerial and ground videos and photos.   

What is 4K Ultra HD?  

Ultra-High Definition (UHD) refers to displays capable of displaying images with at least 3840 by 2160 pixels resolution. This is 4 times the total number of pixels available in Full High Definition (FHD). Using a digital camera with 4K video means you can view the videos and photos cleanly and close-ups look smooth with sharper images and more brilliant colors.
